5. Accepted modes of payment include cash, cash vouchers, credit cards, debit cards, and GCash.

7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen / person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher and more favorable. Terms and Conditions:

  1. Fixed-Dated Vouchers Valid for Wednesdays-Saturdays (Dinner time only) and Sunday (Lunch Time only)

  2. Selling and Validity Period August 1 – October 31, 2025

  3. Voucher Validity: All vouchers are valid until November 30, 2025, and expire at 11:59 PM on the last valid date.

  4. Reservation and Booking Guidelines

    1. Fixed-Dated Vouchers are valid only on the specific date selected during booking.

    2.Fixed-Dated Vouchers must be made at least 2 days in advance.

    3. Voucher is valid for dine-in only.

    4. Customers must present a mobile voucher upon redemption.

  5. Cancellation and Amendment Policy

    1. No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the voucher has been issued.

    2. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Vikings/The Alley/VPOP reserves the right to cancel bookings. Affected customers may reschedule or request a full refund.

    3. Changes may be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled date without penalty.

    4. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions

    1. No change or refund will be issued if the bill is less than the voucher value. Excess amount must be paid directly to the restaurant.

    2. Additional VAT and service charges may apply for consumables beyond the voucher coverage.

    3. An extra fee may be charged for leftovers or takeout, subject to store policy.

    4. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, not convertible to cash, and must not be resold.

    5. This offer cannot be combined with other store promotions, discounts, or Klook vouchers.

    6.
