REWARDS
Membership Guidelines
Vikings customers can download the Vikings Rewards Mobile App for FREE. New members will automatically be assigned a digital card and card number, while existing members can link their old Vikings card to transfer their existing membership level and points. Customers must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
Eligibility:
Members must be at least 13 years old.
Members are required to keep their details up-to-date by submitting changes (name, address, status) via the Member Data Update Form online. Verbal notifications are not valid.
Inactivity & Demotion:
If a member remains inactive (non-earning of points) for 12 consecutive months, their account will be downgraded to the "Stone" tier, and their Reward Points will reset to 0. However, Redemption Points remain unaffected.
Disputes & Membership Cancellation:
Missing and invalid points or any disputes related to award points must be reported no later than 6 months from the transaction date for the issue to be resolved.
Vikings reserves the right to resolve disputes, modify membership criteria, cancel membership, and amend rules at any time without prior notice.
Membership Levels & Perks
The Vikings Rewards Program recognizes and rewards loyal customers with increasing benefits at each membership tier. Points earned contribute to both Reward and Redemption Points.
Points are earned for every ₱100 spent on qualified transactions.
Reward Points are used for tier upgrades, while Redemption Points are used for dining and other rewards.
Earning Points:
1 Reward Point and 1 Redemption Point are earned for every ₱100 spent.
Points are not earned on taxes, service charges, or government fees.
Points cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded.
Redeeming Points:
To redeem points, present your physical or digital card during your Vikings transaction. Redemption starts at a minimum of 20 points (₱20 equivalent)
1 Redemption Point = ₱1.
Redemption cannot be combined with promotions or discounts that require full-paying adults.
Only Redemption Points are deducted when availing of rewards; Reward Points remain intact for tier maintenance.
General Terms & Conditions
The Vikings Rewards Program is a privilege for loyal customers. Vikings reserves the right to appoint third-party agents for program functions and will not be held liable for system disruptions, unauthorized use of cards, or other technical issues.
By enrolling, members authorize Vikings to use their information for marketing and operational purposes. Points cannot be transferred, refunded, or sold. Vikings may change program mechanics and privileges without prior notice.
