TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Applicable to both Open-Dated and Fixed-Dated Vouchers)

1. Vouchers:

a. Open-Dated Vouchers (Gift Certificate)

• Valid for Weekday and Weekend (Lunch and Dinner).

b. Fixed-Dated Vouchers (Table Reservation)

• Valid for Weekday only (Lunch and Dinner) and must be used on the selected date during booking.

2. Selling and Validity Period

All vouchers are valid until end of April 2026.

3. Participating Branches:

The Alley: UP Town Center, BGC, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, and Fairview Terraces.

4. Discounts

Vouchers entitled with 5% off from Klook at Vikings’ & Vikings, The Alley participating branches.

5. Reservation and Booking Guidelines

a. Open-Dated Vouchers (Gift Certificate) can be redeemed on any day (weekday or weekend) during

Vikings' & Vikings, The Alley operating hours, subject to availability and prior reservation.

b. Fixed-Dated Vouchers (Table Reservation) are valid only on the specific date selected during booking.

c. Fixed-Dated Vouchers (Table Reservation) must be made at least 2 days in advance.

d. Voucher is valid for dine-in only.

e. Customers must present a mobile voucher upon redemption.

6. Cancellation and Amendment Policy

a. No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the voucher has been issued.

b. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Vikings or Vikings, The Alley participating branches reserves the right to cancel bookings. Affected customers may reschedule or request a full refund.

c. Changes may be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled date without penalty.

d. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

7. Other Terms and Conditions

a. No change or refund will be issued if the bill is less than the voucher value. Excess amount must be paid directly to the restaurant.

b. Additional VAT and service charges may apply for consumables beyond the voucher coverage.

c. An extra fee may be charged for leftovers or takeout, subject to store policy.

d. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, not convertible to cash, and must not be resold.

e. This offer cannot be combined with other store promotions, discounts, or Klook vouchers.

f. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen / person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher and more favorable. No double discount is allowed.

BIRTHDAY PROMO:

1. Birthday celebrants of all ages can avail of the promo on the day of their birthday, or on any day during their birthday month.

   • Celebrants can eat for free ON THE DAY of their birthday for both lunch and dinner accompanied by ONE FULL PAYING ADULT. (All Buffet Brands)

   • Celebrants can eat for free on any day WITHIN THEIR BIRTHDAY MONTH and should be accompanied by FOUR FULL PAYING ADULTS.

2. Paying adults should pay the full rate without any discounts.

3. Celebrants should present any ORIGINAL and VALID government issued or company I.D. bearing

   their photo and birth date. Local and foreign IDs will be accepted. Failure to provide above I.D.

   requirements, birth certificate may be presented alongside with any I.D. bearing their photo.

4. Gift certificates and cash vouchers can be used in this promo.

5. Special Gift Certificates and E-GC cannot be used this promo.

6. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can

   avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher

8. Promo is valid from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

Promo Mechanics:

1.Special deal of 20+2 is entitled to reservations with 20 full paying adults and 2 other guests eat for free.

2.For every 22 full paying adults, 2 guests may eat for free.

3.This promo may not be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts.

4.Vikings applicable brand cash voucher can be used in this promo as mode/tender of payment.

5.Appropriate Promo Code in the POS must be created, applied and used.

6.This promo is available daily, including holidays.

7.In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen / person with

disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act or

Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher and more favorable. No double discount is allowed.

• 30-49 pax - 25% Discount 

• 50-69 pax - 27% Discount 

• 70 pax and above - 30% Discount 

2. Guests must pay a 50% down payment of the total discounted rate in advance and settle the full balance on the day of the event. Terms and conditions on payment, cancellation, and refund will apply.

3. This promo is not applicable on holidays and blackout periods (Including Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the whole month of December), and may not be used in conjunction with other in-house promotions or discounts (Including Senior Citizen Discounts)

4. Special gift certificates and E-GC cannot be used in this promo.

5. Gift Certificates and cash vouchers can be used in this promo.

6. Guests availing of the big group promo are eligible to earn a maximum of 50% of Vikings Rewards Points.

7.For those who reached the required number of pax during dine-in can also avail of the big group promo.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

9. Promo is valid from January 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026.

Promo Mechanics:

1. All senior citizens 75 years old and above are entitled to have 50% discount when they dine in.

2. This promotion is applicable to seniors aged 75 years and above, with no restrictions on

the number of senior citizens eligible to avail of the offer.

3. This promo is available daily, including holidays, for both lunch and dinner services.

4. Senior Citizens should present any ORIGINAL and VALID government issued or company I.D.

bearing their photo and birth date. Local and foreign IDs will be accepted. Failure to provide

above I.D. requirements, birth certificate may be presented alongside with any I.D. bearing their

photo.

5. Accepted modes of payment include cash, cash vouchers, credit cards, debit cards, and GCash.

6. Appropriate Promo Code in the POS must be created, applied and used.

7. This promo can be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts, provided all

the required applicable promo mechanics are met and satisfied.
