Ramen Ibuki has officially opened its doors at Uptown Parade, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), bringing authentic Japanese ramen crafted by renowned ramen producer Takafumi Shimada (“Shimayan”) to the Philippines. Known for his successful ramen ventures in Japan and his large following as a culinary YouTuber, Shimada’s flagship Manila store introduces a new wave of ramen culture to Metro Manila.
“Ibuki” (伊吹) in Japanese means breath, puff, or new life force. When connected to ramen, it symbolizes the fresh breath of flavor and vitality that a steaming bowl of ramen brings — warmth, nourishment, and energy in every sip.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promo is valid from October 12 to November 12, 2026 (or until all allocated coupons have been distributed), available daily at Ramen Ibuki, Opus Mall only.
2. One (1) Free Dashi Ramen Coupon may be issued per transaction per visit, regardless of the number of diners included in the transaction.
3. Promo is valid for dine-in customers only.
4. Customers who only purchase Lunch Set/s are not eligible to get the Free Dashi Ramen Coupon.
5. The Free Dashi Ramen Coupon will be issued upon payment during the promo period. The coupon may be redeemed on the customer’s next visit to Ramen Ibuki, Opus.
6. The Free Dashi Ramen Coupon may be redeemed until November 30, 2026, Monday - Friday only (excluding Holidays).
7. To redeem the free Dashi Ramen, the customer must present and surrender the original coupon upon ordering. The coupon will be collected by the store upon redemption.
8. The free Dashi Ramen is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other menu items.
9. Additional orders will be charged at the regular menu price.
10. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
11. For purchases of goods and services offered at a promotional discount, Senior Citizens may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
12. Management reserves the right to verify promo eligibility and refuse fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or otherwise invalid claims.
13. Ramen Ibuki Management reserves the right to amend or terminate the promo with proper notice, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
