Promo Mechanics:
1. Promo discounts are open to both walk-in and reserved guests.
2. The Extra 5% OFF for eligible card payments made via BDO Pay is applicable to NIU Aura only.
3. Promo Offer is valid for a minimum of 5 full-paying adults, and a maximum of 10 full-paying adults.
4. The promo is applicable for all Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders.

6. For cardholders who exceed the allowed maximum number of full-paying adults per table but are able to form another group with the required minimum number of full-paying adults, a different qualified BDO card under a different BDO cardholder shall be used to avail of the discount.
7. The promo is applicable to adult rates only. However, if the group includes a child, the child’s rate may be converted to an adult rate in order to qualify for the discount.
8. Only one (1) Eligible Card per table will be honored, regardless if he or she has multiple Eligible Cards. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
9. To avail of the promo, Cardholder must be present at the restaurant and use his/her eligible Card to pay for the total amount of transaction through a BDO Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal or Scan to Pay via BDO Pay.
10. The cardholder is not allowed to pay in advance. Payment and transaction processing must be done on the actual day of the reservation.
11. Big group reservations with multiple eligible BDO cards are no longer required to settle a down payment.
12. Discounted rate is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
13. Discount is not applicable to other charge/s.
14. Transactions qualified under this promo can no longer be used to qualify for another BDO promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of other BDO promos.
15. Unsuccessful card and BDO Pay transactions (i.e. Eligible Card or BDO Pay cannot be used to pay for the dining transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the Cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-Eligible Card or in cash is not allowed.
16. Discount awarded is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
17. Vikings Special gift certificates, Regular gift certificates, cash vouchers, Vikings Reward points, E-GCs, cash and third party payments cannot be used as payment for the promo.
18. No Vikings Rewards Points will be earned for transactions under the BDO promo.
19. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen / Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher and more favorable. No double discount is allowed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Vouchers:
a. Open-Dated Vouchers (Gift Certificate)
* Valid for Weekday or Weekend - Lunch and Dinner
(Not valid during holidays and special days (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Valentine’s Day).
b. Fixed-Dated Vouchers (Table Reservation)
* Valid for Weekday only (Lunch and Dinner) and must be used on the selected date during booking.
(Not available during holidays and special days (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Valentine’s Day).
2. Validity Period
a. All Gift Certificate vouchers are valid until end of January 2027.
b. Table Reservation vouchers purchased in November and left unused for valid reasons may be redeemed until the end of January 2027. Table Reservations are not allowed during month of December.

a. Vouchers entitled with a special discount.
5. Reservation and Booking Guidelines
a. Gift Certificate vouchers can be redeemed on any day (weekday or weekend) during operating hours, subject to availability and prior reservation. (Not valid during holidays and special days (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Valentine’s Day)
b. Table Reservation are valid only on the specific date selected during booking and must be confirmed by the branch. (Not valid during holidays and special days (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Valentine’s Day)
c. Table Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance.
d. Voucher is valid for dine-in only.
e. Customers must present a mobile voucher upon redemption.
6. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
a. No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the voucher has been issued.
b. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, NIU’s participating branches reserves the right to cancel bookings. Affected customers may reschedule or request a full refund.
c. Changes may be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled date without penalty.
d. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.
7. Other Terms and Conditions
a. No change or refund will be issued if the bill is less than the voucher value. Excess amount must be paid directly to the restaurant.
b. Additional VAT and service charges may apply for consumables beyond the voucher coverage.
c. An extra fee may be charged for leftovers or takeout, subject to store policy.
d. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, not convertible to cash, and must not be resold.
e. This offer cannot be combined with other store promotions, discounts, or Klook vouchers.
f. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen / person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher and more favorable.
